Parks Memorial Parade begins at 17th and Market streets to Harris-Johnson Park on 28th and South Market streets for a picnic from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday, June 10, at 2:30 p.m. Old Time Tent Meeting at the Harris-Johnson Park with gospel singing and sermon by Rev. Jeffery Jefferson, pastor of Lookout Mountain Baptist Church. Monday, June 11, at 4 p.m. Attend Bessie Smith Strut

Riverbend Festival along the 21st Century Waterfront in downtown. Riverbend features six stages along the one mile riverfront festival site with a wide variety of entertainment, fireworks, Starfighter jet flyovers, 5 & 10K Races and a Children’s Village. Festival admission pins are available at all area Favorite Markets & Fast Food & Fuel convenience stores through June 7 for $28. June 8 and after at the festival gates and at all Favorite Markets & Fast Food & Fuel locations for a general admission price of $36. One-Day wristbands, which can only be purchased at the gates, are $23. Seniors 60 and older pay half price on the one day wristbands. Children 10 and under are admitted free.

Battle at the River Bodybuilding Competition at Community Theatre.
Bodybuilding Figure and Fitness Championships presented by the SportsBarn. Ticket Information: Pre-Judging, $10 at door. The Chattanooga Radio Control Club will host a remote control aircraft Jamboree. Summit Field in Collegedale. 9-5 on Saturday and 9-3 on Sunday. Admission free, parking free, meals available for purchase.
