Art on the Pier, every Sunday. Chattanooga Pier. 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. “Art on the Pier” artists will display and sell their works with some artists sketching live portraits. Solo musicians (non-amplified) will provide music throughout the afternoon at the event.

Unite for School Success "Hurricane Party" fundraiser to benefit the new East Brainerd-Apison area middle/high school. 6 p.m. Chattanooga Convention Center. The evening will include dinner, music by The Micks, silent and live auctions, and a cash bar.

The Cruise-In for Kids, benefiting the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. The car show will include cars, trucks and bikes and will be held at Chattanooga State Technical Community College.

Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park will celebrate Junior Ranger Day from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Activity book is available free of charge to young visitors in grades 3 through 8 and includes numerous learning activities for participants as they tour the battlefields with their families. Pick up the Junior Ranger activity book at any of the three locations, Chickamauga Battlefield, Point Park or Orchard Knob.
