June Foreclosure Report

The report shows 164,644 properties nationwide entered some stage of foreclosure during the month, a decrease of about 7 percent from the previous month and, as we are becoming to expect. a huge increase of 86 percent from June 2006. That’s 1 in every 704 households.
Tennessee is holding stead at 12th highest rate in the nation. 1 in 728 households, an nice decrease over last month of 12.4% but up form May of last year by 39.31%.
