July Residential Chattanooga MLS Stats
Posted in Chattanooga MLS Stats by Karen Rhodes on August 10th, 2007 Well, it’s that time again. Time for the continuing saga of the Chattanooga real estate market.
Nothing new. Sales continue to decrease (10% down from last month and 17% from July 2006) and available listings continue to increase (15% up from last July 2006). Year to date we have about 9% fewer sales than last year.
