			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img align="right" alt="Chattanooga Tennessee" src="http://top100.relocate-america.com/images/tn-chattanooga-1289.jpg" /><a target="_blank" href="http://www.relocateamerica.com/">RelocateAmerica.com </a>has published its yearly list of the top <a target="_blank" href="http://www.relocateamerica.com/tennessee/cities/chattanooga">100 places to live</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp; Charlotte and San Antonio were they only two places ahead of us!&nbsp; </p>
<p>According to Steve Nickerson of RelocateAmerica:&nbsp; There was a big emphasis on the quality of life in Tennessee in general, living in Chattanooga and what it affords in terms of recreation, home prices, employment opportunities, the people, music, and the arts (and as a) family friendly, mountain area.</p>
<p>The Chamber of Commerce notes that Chattanooga is attracting new residents at a rate of about 30% faster than the national average.&nbsp; </p>

The national foreclosure rate for the month was one foreclosure filing for every 555 households.</p>
