February Residential Chattanooga MLS Stats
We saw an expected improvement across the board in March compared to February. However, when we compare March 2006 to March 2007 we are continuing to see the trend of less sales, more inventory and longer days on the market. We are entering what is typically the busiest time of year and I expect to see an improvement on our numbers next month.
