A great site for Cincinnati Homes is www.amybsells.com.  Amy Broghamer is a REALTOR® who specializes in working with buyers and sellers in the Cincinnati luxury real estate market.

I found the site to be easy to navigate and full of information on Amy, her team and her listings.  It’s a little wordy but if you haven’t already made your mind up to contract with Amy then I highly recommend you take a few minutes and read the “Buyers” or “Sellers” page as is appropriate in your situation.  Both of these pages are excellent resumes for Amy. 

The “Resource” page has some pretty good information. I love the fact that there are links to crime data.  One thing I did find missing was school information.  In my experience schools are very important to buyers.  Even in the luxury market where children will most likely attend private schools; information on those schools is useful.

I always like a direct link to a “home search” from the home page when I am looking at a real estate site.  I didn’t think it was there at first glance but when I scrolled down I did find it.  Just me being lazy

Overall www.amybsells.com is an excellent source for buyers and sellers in the Cincinnati area.

Movers and Real Estate Directory is a relatively new directory dedicated to providing a source to all things moving.  The statement on their home page reads: 

Find Your Mover, Movers & Moving Services, Real Estate Directory is the leading directory of Real Estate Agents and Moving Companies.
We offer comprehensive information on moving, including Auto Transport, Lawyers, International Movers and more!

The site is divided into several different services with what will be links to providers or other directories.  Unfortunately almost every link I clicked on produced no results including the “About Us” page.  There are 3 pages that provide some good content however:  Moving Checklist, Packing Tips, and Moving with Kids.  These pages provide information that anyone who is relocating will find useful.

I believe the site has good potential.  The intent and design of the site is well thought out and implemented.  It is easy to navigate and doesn’t have a lot of distracting activity taking place.  It just needs to attract more companies who pay $39.00 for a regular link, $59.00 for a feature link or a free reciprocal link from a page rank 3 homepage.  I would say check back in a month or two and this site will be full of moving resources.
