April Residential Chattanooga MLS Stats
Posted in Chattanooga MLS Stats by Karen Rhodes on May 2nd, 2007 What happened to the improvement I was hoping for? Unfortunately, it didn’t happen. The number of sales in April was down substantially (17%) from March and inventory continues to increase each month. We are now sitting with an inventory supply of over 9 months on residental homes in the Chattanooga MLS. Sellers are plentiful and buyers are scarce.
