I have a background in mortgage lending and have been a licensed Affilliate Broker in Tennessee since 1999.  At that time I also joined the Chattanooga, Tennessee and National Associations of REALTORS.

I decided after 6 years with a large franchise company that I was over corporate America and left.  I joined a small independant firm, Happy Home Realty.  The difference is amazing!  I have found my "Happy Home"

I currently hold the ABR (Accrediated Buyers Representative) designation as well as the e-PRO Certification.
