Rural development or USDA loans have become extremely popular lately.  Other than a VA loan it’s the only one left offering 100% financing.  There are some qualifications though both in property eligibility and income eligibility.

I couldn’t let this one pass without spreading the word.   In my opinion this is the best deal on the water right now.  It was reduced almost $70,000 today from $490,000 to $429,000.  It needs a little updating but the view is great, the slope to the water isn’t bad at all and the dock is in place.
